on how do terezi and gamzee have names: don't forget the trolls were chosen by the lusii. when terez and gamzee were chosen [somehow], their lusii gave them names. It's been shown that terezi's lusii can talk to her dreamself and can control her, so maybe it has other communication powers that let it name her. Gamzee's probably named him and left.
hussie-senpai replied to your post: I remember reading somewhere that trolls are named after the sounds their lusii make. Is that headcanon or canon, because I can’t remember.
