DD created Bec because Vriska mind controlled CD to suggest him to do it so he would be prototyped and make Jack more powerful.

Why did the Draconian Dignitary create bec? I cant find any where that said he was ordered to, and by AR's reaction to him being there, it was almost unknown of for higher ups to be in the labs. Why did DD feellike he had to do it? Instead of another carapacian or an underling, it just doesnt quite make sence.
He was probably ordered to make Bec by the Black Queen seeing how in the trolls’ session their first guardian was made by the Black Queen and in the Alpha kid session their first guardian was made by Jane under control of the Condesce. So perhaps making the first guardian is a job for the Queen of Derse?
