Has it been stated in canon what the significance of Rose's MEOW letter sequence is? I know it's replacing the letter sequences for DNA but what is the point of it?

It was used in the creation of Bec, just like Jake’s BARK book was used in the creation of Gcat.

When Dirk was talking about living in the future, did that really happen? Like, Dirk growing up in the future, or was that a lie?

It was true. Dirk and Roxy grew up in the future.

Since the lands were smashed together and the Condesce's ship was in it does that mean the Helmsman died or atleast is still in the ship?

The helmsman died a long time ago. He was killed by the vast glub just like his descendant.

Its unknown whether vriska would have done more damage to the black king than gamzee because it was the final hit

I'm not sure if you've already answered this, but can you explain Sollux's death? I mean, I'm aware that he had two dreamselves and he came back as one and the other died, but what then? How come he was "half dead?" why was there a Sollux already at the Green Sun with Aradia before Sollux died in Cascade?

1st Sollux died from the Vast Glub.
2nd Sollux was killed by Bec Noir, but was only half-dead (we still don’t really know how that works) so he was able to leave the dreambubbles with Aradia.
3rd Sollux died from overexertion moving the meteor to the Green Sun.

But when Erisolsprite was formed, the half ghost was sucked out of Sollux #2 so now he is full alive again only blind. It’s complicated and confusing.

I just read up on the classes and aspects and decided which one fit me best.

does grimdarkness last forever. When rose became grimdark she died after. does that make her a doomed timeline? is that the same rose? its been so long i dont remember.

After grimdark rose died John kissed her which awakened her dreamself. So it’s the same Rose just a different body, I guess.

Hey, where does it say in canon that the Vast Glub happened? I remember being confused about that.

Johns chumhandle abbreviation is the only one not to use the letters GCAT, which is DNA

Actually his original chumhandle was ghostlyTrickster which is apart of the GCAT sequence but he changed it because the trolls were bothering him.
