So this is something I've been confused about for a while. Who is Lord English? Like I get that it's Caliborn grown up, but didn't we see Mr. Vanilla Milkshake turn into him in [S] Begin Intermission 2?

On this page we see that Arquiusprite, half of Gamzee, and Caliborn are sucked into Lil Cal. Doc Scratch was created ectobiologically from Lil Cal and a white cue ball. So when he died Lord English emerged from his body as a fusion of those three guys.

So Roxy was taken care of by her neighbors when she was a baby, but how did dirk survive? I don't think lil cal can raise an infant

Fefetasprite is not mute she just never speaks directly in the narration. Roxy mentions that she spoke with her all the time here.

Why were trolls all over Gamzee after he went sober? Apparently Sollux felt kinda flushed, Terezi caliginous, Karkat pale, and Kanaya ashen. And why didn't he accept any of these advances (other than Terezi)? Also, since this is kinda the topic, did Gamzee have Terezi kill Vriska to eliminate a blackrom rival? Sollux felt both flushed and pitch for Gamzee because of his duality theme (although his initial feelings may have been caliginous since Gamzee just killed two of his friends). Terezi felt caliginous for the same reasons. Karkat felt pale because he wanted to pacify Gamzee to calm him down. Gamzee did accept Karkat’s pale solicitation. Gamzee manipulated Terezi into killing Vriska possibly so that he didn’t have to deal with her himself.

How did the beta trolls besides Feferi survive the Vast Glub?

All of them sans Sollux had already entered the game and since the medium is in a different dimension they weren’t affected.

So, if the Karkat actually created the Pre-scratch versions of Meenah, Mituna, Porrim, Kurloz, Latula, etc. then what would be the origins of the ancestor's post scratch iterations, such as The Condense, The Psiionic, The Dolorosa, The Grand Highblood, Redglare, etc? Were they just born from the mother grub? Are they actually biologically related to the Hivebent trolls at all?

The Pre-scratch trolls and the Ancestors originated from the same wrigglers just like how the the Alpha kids and the Beta guardians are the same baby.

The scratch is a release of temporal energy that causes Skaia to switch which portals the meteors go through. It results in a reset universe and a switched set of players. The scratch was always necessary for the alpha timeline so it didn’t affect any other timelines.
