Actually that screenshot must be from the original Roxy: Sleepwalk... there were a few errors in it (it also originally showed Dirk's eyes as red, if I'm correct!). Showing them with irises / non-ghost eyes was just an error.

Pawsibly, Davepeta is at least Non-binary, Jasprose still seems comfortable with with being a girl since “ Cats don’t have particularly deep feelings about gender, or form strong identities around the idea”
