Why are the dancestors called dancestors? And what's the difference between ancestors and dancestors?

They call each other that because each group see’s the other as younger versions of their Ancestor and views their own group as the others’ Descendants. So they just call each other Dancestors to reduce confusion and because troll lineage is complicated

Doesn't Eridan imply in his first log with Kanaya that he was awake on Derse too? He mentions having clouds but that they only show him bad stuff or something along those lines

Yes Eridan was awake, it’s not unusual for a player to awake on Derse/Prospit slightly before starting the game as shown with Jane, Eridan, Caliborn, and Dirk*

That’s not true. The Signless was able to remember parts of his life as Kankri on Beforus due to being a Seer of Blood.

Why was Snowman the universe? Like when slick killed her the universe died or something

Doc Scratch tied her lifespan to the Universe because he knew Slick would eventually kill her and Lord English can’t enter a universe until it’s destroyed

Jade, Kanaya and Calliope dreamt on Prospit for several years prior to when they played the game. Others woke up shortly before or during Sburb/Sgrub

Just after Cascade, with Spades Slick killing Snowman, how did he become a cyborg? Was it like Frieza after being vaporized by Goku during Namek's destruction and was then found by King Cold and rebuilt him the manner of The Six Million Dollar Man? If so, how?
