So according to this information regarding the public availability of Sburb/Sgrub in human and troll societies/market, this means that headcanons where other children/humans entered the game and lived/are living their own adventures are plausible and supported by the official canon, whereas headcanons where other trolls (not included amongst the 24 we know) entered the game are not?

Nope, other trolls playing has no basis in canon. Although if you want to write a fanventure there are definitely ways around it. In a fanventure I was planning three years ago one of my trolls was supposed to play with Sollux but he booted him in preference for someone else after he sent the code and my old fantroll copied it and sent it to their friends and that was how they played.

Karkat only fought with one Sickle. He has never been seen dual-wielding and likely can’t since his Strife Specibus is Sicklekind and not 2xSicklekind

No Karkat was Sollux’s server player and was crying because he felt Sollux’s death was his fault for not getting him in fast enough.
Would that mean there could be alternian players that entered the medium at the same time as the zodiac trolls?

Not in story. For the kids Sburb was manufactured and distributed by a corporation (Skaianet pre-scratch and Crocker Corp post). For the trolls however Sollux created it using ancient tech Aradia found in a frog temple and only sent it to the 12 that were playing.

It happened after all of them except for Feferi and Sollux had entered.
I have a question!! I vaguely remember that moments before Rose entered the game, she noticed that many other people were playing Sburb at the moment, which caused meteors to frantically rain on Earth, destroying it. Is it safe to assume that there might be other humans who managed to enter the medium but in other sessions, unconnected to that of our 8 main human kids and, therefore, unbeknownst to them?

Yes, although based on the walkthroughs written by others playing the game a lot of them never entered.
Did the psiionic die? (Isnt he alive but still in the ship?) And isnt the disciple still alive as well?

Psiionic was killed by the Vast Glub and the Disciple died presumably through natural causes.
