Maybe she made it herself? She made her flarp costume so she could’ve made the cape too. Or maybe Kanaya helped her with the cape. Who knows.

They used to role play together on separate teams so they might have but after the incident with Tavros, Aradia pretty much hated Vriska.
i think the person asking about the average dimensions of a homestuck panel may have been asking about things such as height and width... 650 pixels wide, 450 pixels tall, isnt it?
