Troll genitals are pretty much not mentioned in canon. We get a few terms for them but not really a description of them.

the only difference is that Jake didn’t have Erisol to talk to and Fefeta wasn’t at Jane’s party set up. Jake still would have complained to Jane, Jane still would have gotten upset and ran home and made the trickster pop. The tricksters still would have been obsessed with getting married.

Although I can see why you’d think it was John’s thing as he’s canonically shown interest in more blue ladies than Jake.
