She could just have a previous Fuchsia blood’s genetics that wasn’t the Condesce. Yes there’s only two at a time but there have been several dozens, if not hundreds over the years. Condy likely wasn’t even the first Fuchsia blood.
Why does Trizza have a different symbol to Feferi and Meenah? did the Pisces symbol just seem out of place in the game?

Only descendants and ancestors share symbols. Trizza simply isn’t related to Condy or Fef
I always assumed that Alternian was identical to English when spoken, since the Trolls and Humans could each understand each other in Homestuck. Doesn't explain how Joey understands written Alternian, tho.

Well all trolls get escorted off planet when they come of age and given how central a figure heiresses are, I’d think it’d be pretty difficult for them to run or hide
How can the plot of Hiveswap happen? Didn't the Trolls featured in Homestuck create the human's universe when they played Sgrub, meaning the universe doesn't exist at to the Hiveswap trolls? Am I missing something?

The Machine that teleport Joey and Dammek also transports them through time. While Hiveswap takes place in 1994 on Earth, on Alternia it takes place an undetermined number of sweeps before the start of Hivebent so possibly anywhere from 7 to 20 or more sweeps.
It's mentioned in the game that there's only 2 fuchsia-blood trolls ( the heiress and )(IC ), but there's been multiple heiresses. Does that mean the time the heiress come to age, she'll get killed??? I remember reading something like that in the comic; something about fuchsia-blood being murderous about their own blood color. (please excuse my poor english)

Don't you feel like Alternia feels more... cruel in Hiveswap than the way they depicted it in Hoemstuck? The way they picture the relationships between lowbloods and highbloods makes it weird to think that the first 12 trolls would've been friends as they were in the comic. Maybe Xefros and Dammek do achieve something in the end of the game

Trizza makes it worse. She runs Alternia with an Iron Fist, she’s much more similar to the Condesce than Feferi ever was. Presumable after she gets killed things chillax a bit.
there does seem to be a cutscene bug in hiveswap, so it might not actually be your computer! :)
