Here’s what happens.
Let’s say that I’m going through the inbox and I see something that I don’t think works for one reason or another, I delete it.
Now let’s say that Mod F goes through the inbox and sees that very same fact submitted by someone else, because her idea of a fact holding up is different from mine she loads it up into the queue.
