Rose’s book concerning the horrorterrors (and dubious creatures alike) contains a page on how how to summon them.

It’s a reference to Problem Sleuth, in which similar beasts were summoned when standing on the end of an unpowered window (which, like Roxy’s, were portals that transcended across great distances and maybe even completely different realms)
