While all the consorts we’ve seen are based on amphibious animals, Salamanders are the only ones that are actually amphibians.

Okay, come on guys, they kissed one time. And Equ’s programming didn’t make Aradia do that, she ripped her heart out (where the chip with equ feelings was) before that. And given that she was shaking him and slapping the shit out of him immediately prior to kissing him implies it was likely out of hate, not red feelings which is what Equ wanted. What Equius tried to do was definitely creepy and manipulative but what ended up happening was not rape.

I hope this doesn't take too long to explain but what is the reckoning? I never understood it
The Reckoning is what happens when the White King’s Scepter is activatesd (usually by the Black King) after the White King’s army has been defeated. It launches meteors from the Veil towards the Battlefield. Skaian Defense Portals redirect as many as they can but it is limited in how many it can redirect. The players have to defeat the Black King and stop the Reckoning before it destroys the Battlefield or they won’t be able to produce a Genesis Frog and win the game.
How tall are the ancestors?

This is all subjective as with everything about a character’s appearance in Homestuck. In Collide, we see Condesce is about a head taller than Jane, not factoring horns. All the kids are roughly the same height here. And Dad Crocker is just the tiniest amount taller than John. Assuming Dad is about average height which of Men in the USA is 5′10″ we can estimate that Condy is probably around 6′3″-6′4″. Then we take this panel of Condy and Handmaid, adjust their posture so they’re standing up relatively straight (altered pic under the cut) and Condy looks just a bit taller than Handmaid who is probably about 6ft even. We don’t really see any of the other ancestors in a good comparable picture with anyone so I can’t speak for them, but based off the top and bottom of the hemospecturm I’d say average adult trolls probably grow to be about 6/7 feet with the obvious out liar here and there.
