Because she’s not actively working against the protagonist.

is there anyway to read a character as "coded" for something without it being a racial stereotype? i legit don't understand that conceptually. thats pretty off topic though so here's a homestuck question: do you think we'll ever get a more definitive understanding of active/passive pairs and other classpect stuff? even if it's not directly in comic or something i'd still like to know

oh no how dare demonized mentally ill and/or poc see themselves in and defend a character that is blatantly coded to be like them.. Those darn gamzee apologists, who are often abuse survivors as well :.( it's not like a white neurotypical creator would EVER use a character like that as a scapegoat !!!! From what I remember, Jane did force a slave-like abusive relationship on Jake, and was planning on forcing him to father her children to continue the Crocker Empire. However, she was under complete control of the Crocker Tiara, making her not Jane at all, so she can't really be held accountable for that.

Jane could be held accountable, but most likely won’t be because she feels remorse for what she did and will (or already has?) apologized for it.

He was either left in the pre-retcon timeline or he came over to the post-retcon timeline. It’s looking like the prior at this point
