John and Dad Egbert are half brothers because they both have the same genetic mother (Nanna) but they have different genetic fathers

I assume she met a Porrim, just not necessarily the same Porrim in the same way as her pre-retcon self. We see her no glowing so obviously she figures it out at some point

Nope, they met different ones. We know this because Post-retcon Karkat didn’t get the references Meenah made to the conversations she had with Pre-retcon Karkat
