Speaking about the “caucasian” incident, I’d like to explain that a bit more as there’s a lot of misconceptions around it.

Back in the day people argued about that kids’ races all the time. A lot of people would argue that since they are #FFFFFF white in comic that they were white and where just pretty much big ol’ awful jerks about it (as the fandom kind of was at large back then).

So when Trickster mode happened and Jane got Peachy colored skin, Hussie made the caucasian joke to poke fun at those people as Hussie typically was pretty aware of the fandom and integrated us in the story often.

But then people where using that as “canon proof” that the kids were white and were being even more bigger, gianter, asshats. Hussie saw what was going on and was all like “this is why we can’t have nice things” and that night he va-va-valumped the thing into the Peachy joke that it is to this day.
