Bec prototyping himself was completely unnecessary in order to save jade from the way I see it, since he's "omnipotent" and all. I think there's actually a different reason behind it.

Hey, you said that Rufioh had his wings way before in the session at 53150165659, but in the first picture of the pre-scratch trolls ( Of the silhouette), He doesn't look like he has wings, did he hide them or how does that work?

I don’t know how that works but the picture with the silhouettes that you’re talking about is at the end of their session, right before Meenah kills everyone. Maybe they’re removable like God Tier wings? Maybe Hussie hadn’t decided to give him wings at that point? Who knows?
