if i remember correctly, the goal of the game is for the players to ascend to god tier and live on as omnipotent beings in the universe they create. whether or not they accomplish this is based on certain other factors, like the idea of killing yourself to gain power or how well everyone cooperates with one another when playing the game

Was it ever said where the dead Sollux used in Erisolsprite came from?

When you say 'leading them to the new universe' and 'to reign as gods' Do you mean that it just spits them out in the middle of space with omnipotent abilities? Or do they arrive on the planet the species is to originate on?

Anonymous

I’m not sure since it hasn’t happened.

I know that the door goes to the universe, where specifically, I dunno.

The players wouldn’t be omnipotent but there would be more than likely be at least one godtier amongst them who are p. much immortal and have advanced abilities.

Also in Karkat’s first pesterlog with John, he ranted about he was John’s god and etc.

is jane actually fat/chubby or was Caliborn just trying to mess with her?

Anonymous

Well considering Caliborn is a skeleton monster, I think most people are chubby in comparison.  Jane’s probably average chubbiness, but keep whatever headcannon you like.

Going off the other anon, what happens when someone passes through that door? What lies beyond it?

Anonymous

That door would lead to the universe they created for them to rein over as gods.

Is it ever explicitly stated that Dave's bro is rich?

(Not the same anon) I knew about the gates but why does jades only have five gates, then that thing??? Did I miss/forget something important?

Anonymous

No, Jade has seven. The blown up Prospit is just in the way so you can’t see the other two.

~Mod T

What's through each gate? Don't they lead to the other players' planets or something like that?

Anonymous

Yeah, the gates take you to other planets or to different spots on your planet.  The first takes you lower to your planet. Second takes you to your server’s planet. I believe the sixth gate take you to the dwelling of your denizen. And the seventh takes you to Skaia. I’m not sure about the others.

~Mod T

the first gate takes you down to your planet, right? and the second to your servers planet? how do you reach your third gate after going to your servers planet

Anonymous

I’m not positive, but I assume you take the server’s second gate and keep taking second gates until you get back to your planet and then find the third gate.

I dont understand the fourth wall?

The fourth wall is typically what separates the story from the reader. Homestuck breaks this wall and has the story interact with the reader.
