For the language anon, I just assumed English ended up being based off of Alternian (phonetically) (since the trolls created the human universe) but because the trolls didn't go in we ended up with lots of other languages too, but the main four/eight still came from the 'Alternian' language group so they spoke the same language. As for text, I assume that's just Sollux's skills in making the computers translate or something.

That’s one way to look at it, and she might have known about the trolls, but she was more likely referring to the fireflies that live on LOWAS and are trapped beneath the clouds by Typheus.
Ok.. But I can't do the little mini game parts.. My computer broke a little after I got to openbound(that's the one with the post scratch trolls, right?) I was never able to finish it. I am now realizing how much I missed from it. Do you know any youtubers or something who recorded them playing it? Thank you<33

Is it ever stated how the trolls and kids cross the language gap? Like, is everyone speaking English, does the game do some kinda freaky translatey stuff or what

Hey so I'm new to the whole HS thing sorry if this is the wrong place to go or anything. People on my dash got me hooked and now I'm recently caught up and everything but I can't help but feeling like I'm missing something. Like there are whole sections of the comic that I never read, people are sourcing things that I've never seen. Where would you go to figure all these things out?

One, I’d make sure that you read the entire comic. You may have skipped a part.
Two, you could have forgotten. A lot of these facts are really tiny things thus why they are forgotten.
Or Three, check out the mspa wiki for some brief summaries of characters and such.
Other than that I’m not sure what you’d want to look for.

Don’t know it this has been put up yet, but Eridan actually wanted to help Kanaya with the matriorb (before his meltdown, of course). He viewed the gesture of restoring their race as “hopeful,” and thus wanted to involve himself. (This becomes quite clear when you play as Eridan and speak to Kanaya directly.)
