Original Vriska is most likely still in the dreambubble. Hussie recent gave her a drastic makeover most likely to make it possible to distinguish the two Vriskas from each other.
Why can Aradia choose to stay in dream bubbles? Can the other dead trolls do this or is it only her?

Aradia isn’t dead so she can leave the dreambubbles if she wanted. The dead ghost people and trolls cannot leave though.
Hi! When a player is in a session, do they only get their powers once they go god tier or do they develop once they start the game?

They develop them as they play through the game as seen with Terezi using Mind powers despite not being God Tier.

How did VRISKA puting Jane and Jade asleep affect them? Did it make it so they wouldn't go evil?

Does it ever state canonically where in the world Rose lives? I know it does for the other 3 betas but I can't remember for Rose.
