okay, so when did each set of trolls exist chronologically? Which group came first chronologically speaking? this the part that confused me the most

So the pre-scratch trolls, (with meenah, and kanri and stuff) created the beta trolls (with karkat and co.) and karkat created the ancestors (the sufferer, and co.)???? But in chronological terms, the ancestors came first, then pre-scratch, then post-scratch??
Nope, the pre-scratch trolls didn’t do any ectobiology. Karkat made everyone. And no, the Ancestors lived in the post-scratch universe.
Do you think a player with the same aspect as a sacrificial slab could use it even if its not technically theirs?
