If Caliope is revived with a ring of life does that mean her dreamself will be revived as well as her being in Caliborns body undoing his dominance, allowing her to stomp him out and dominate?

If gamzee was the one to sendificate the lil cal that possessed B2 jack noir pre-retcon, who in the retconned timeline sent it? since jack english is still a thing but vriska didnt allow gamzee to do anything in the new session, is this a plot hole?
