She didn’t control the Summoner, he actively fought against her empire. And while she controlled the Psiionic, it wasn’t through psychic abilities, she enslaved him.
If both the alpha and beta versions of earth have separate first guardians, why didn't beforus have one like alternia?

Doc Scratch followed his own agenda while fufilling his first guardian role. He groomed Alternia to be ready for Sgrub and considering they beat it I’d say he did a descent job.
What exactly are first guardians again? As a role, not individuals
