Okay tell me if I get this right nana was raised by the batter witch with her brother who was never really her brother and was to be married or some jazz like that. So we know who raise those two but who raised mom lalonde and bro strider? Is it ever stated who raised them or is it something never stated.just rubs me the wrong way that we don't know if that's the case
It was never stated, but it was hinted that Grandpa Harley raised Mom Lalonde since there was a little girl’s room in the Skaianet building (which Harley owned).

where was that post with which of the kids/trolls fighting which of the enemies?
In act four, after John makes pardox clones, Karkat has a pesterlog with him. In it, he states that unless they had achieved this part in time, they wouldnt had existed. If so then how did the rose and dave doomed timeline occur? Wouldnt they become non existent the moment that John was killed? Or are there shenanigans at play?

That would have been one of the reasons it was a doomed timeline.
