He doesn’t dual-wield sickles, we never see him do that once in the comic
No offense to DaveKat fans or Hussie, but I'm not eager for the ship to be canon. It seems to be rather forced because of the fact it is a result of retcon that we don't know the details of. I see no point the ship considering it lacks development and along with the fact that they were barely friend pre-retcon. It just seems like something that was made just because and so it is. I know people are excited but I'm not because I see no point in the ship.

Okay for unbiased, I don’t ship Davekat, never have. But people have been shipping this thing for years.
The two didn’t get along well pre-retcon because they both had a thing for Terezi. Davrezi happened and Karkat was mad jelly and even tried to convince Dave that they could share her (gross right?) and it just kept them at ends for a long time. Later on in their journey Dave and Terezi break up and we see that Dave and Karkat made some sort of friendship, or at least got close enough to be dorks and play with walkie-talkies.
Post-retcon, Vriska was around and Daverezi never happened. And since Dave and Terezi never dated, Dave and Karkat didn’t have that tention between them for years and their friendship was allowed to grow uninhibited. So while yes, we didn’t get a lot of the details, there is evidence that it could happen. It’s not out of character, and it’s not forced.
If the kids manage to beat the villains, the Whats coming after that? Is hussie going to show up with a giant April fools sign???

Is the Condesce an antagonist? Despite knowing all the messed up shit she's responsible I can't help but like her, she's so sassy and Meenah's hero worship of her is very cute. How much of her (and the Handmaid's) "evilness" is actually just because they have to follow LE's orders?
She’s an antagonist, but that doesn’t mean you can’t like her, after all, look at all the people that like Gamzee
