The first gates lead to the player’s planet, the second to their server player planet, the third a different spot on the server player’s planet, the fourth goes to the server player’s server player’s planet, and so forth.

So is the john we're following currently the one who was on the 3 yr trip w/Jade, but the Jade we're following is from a timeline where she was alone bc john and davesprite died early on?
