Forgotten Homestuck Facts

I'm thinking of rereading part of homestuck. Can i just skip all the parts that were retconned because that's whats confusing me. Or is it something important to read those retconned things?

I mean they’re kind of important because they heavily affected where the plot’s at right now. So I wouldn’t recommend it.

Is there any detail in canon that factually debunks the FedoraFreak = Dad Crocker theory? Or is there only evidence for/against it but no confirmation?

Doc Scratch recruited her into the Felt and tied her life to Bilious Slick’s life and it is not explained how he did this.

Pre retcon she had Aranea heal her vision. Post-retcon Arana never healed her vision.

that seem more significant than extra hands, like really important things like vriska killing people or something. Are these retcon things completely changed? as in, the original panels? is it still possible to read it how it was? I'm confused.

There was a another retcon after that. Terezi had John use his retcon powers to go back in time and stop her from killing Vriska. You can still read the original timeline but once John finishes the retcon you’re switched over to the new timeline. Last page before the gigapause is here.

There's a fishy bit of the retcon for me, which you might help with. Union Jack blew up Prospit when he was created. However he was never made post-retcon (Gamzee was not able to sendificate Cal, yes?). I can understand Union Jack's remaining by being outside the furthest ring, but I cannot understand why Prospit still has a hole in it.

Vriska acts kinda suspicious here when talking about where Lord Jack came from so I think she sent Lil Cal to him and is doing her whole “I created the bad guy but will also help defeat him so it’s ok”

So when will homestuck be over? Or is it already over?
