We’ve seen Meenah, Aranea, and Damara talk to the humans. There were probably more interactions in the dream bubbles as depicted in the Vriskagram flash.

did the dancestors ever communicate w/ an alien species, like how the humans and the descendants did?

Mituna’s disability is canon not fanon. His brain damage was caused from the mysterious incident that also exhausted his psionics. He also has mood swings similar to Sollux, alternating between a crude, abrasive personality and a meek, passive one.

To the anon with the question about female trolls boobs, it's my head canon that they have boobs as sort of fatty tissue to offer better protection to vitals like armor. In our animal kingdom, the females are known for being the hunters in a lot of cases (or at least take physical action to protect their young), so it makes sense but that's just my thinking.

If someone was holding something when they got prototyed, would the sprite accept it as one thing, or two things and have it fully protoyped?

According to Hussie’s old formspring page he did have specific coordinates for Jade’s island but he didn’t list them.
