In Cascade, where were they when the Tumor exploded? Like, I know that Rose and Dave were in Derse, but were they in the furthest ring? If so, then why was their Genesis Frog sitting there? Wouldn't wherever the Green Sun was created be inside the Genesis Frog?

Dave cut the chain connecting Derse’s moon to the planet and they traveled in the moon to the Furthest Ring. The Furthest Ring and the Medium are separate planes from the Genesis Frog.
How do we know what the Sylph and Mage classes looks like if no one has ascended to them yet.

To answer the anon that was asking about how Gamzee got cut in half earlier, Kanaya did it with her chainsaw after he tossed Karkat into the lava, Dirk wasn't there and brain ghost Dirk had gone away because Jake had calmed down.
That was pre-retcon. They were talking about post-retcon when they fought Caliborn in his claymation masterpiece.
What happened to the wigglers that Karkat produced in the Ectobiology lab?

If Karkat and his friends have successfully won their session, why were they help/messing with the kids in the first place? Also, how old exactly are the trolls from Aranea's crew compared to Jane and her friends?

They saw that Bec Noir came from the kids’ session and began trolling them because they thought the kids’ sent him on purpose. Aranea and her group are nine sweeps old which is roughly nineteen and a half years old. Jane and the other kids are all sixteen.
Is Nannaspritex2 ever actually explained? Are there actually two Nannasprites or were there just two for the sake of a joke and it's irrelevant?
