Every character who goes godtier only does so because they’ve earned it from a meta perspective. All the beta kids faced tough challenges: going grimdark, watching family members die, facing the fact the their session was broken, facing their own mortality, being given the responsibility of breeding a universe. Vriska being forced to feed her lusus and grind out a life basically being a slave to her own spider mom, Aradia died thousands of times knowing that their session would fail. Each godtier has earned immortality.

The limit to Roxy’s power is up in the air at the moment. Much of the fandom seems to think she’ll create either dream slabs or rings for them.
