Like, since there are no purple/indigo/fuschia/etc bloods there to provide their genetic material, would that mean there is no way to make purple/indigo/fuschia/etc. bloods?

Are there dream bubbles in the new universe? Like is there any way for them to be in contact with their dancestors, dead friends, or even alt selves? If not, is it possible for them to somehow set them up again?
