Sort of, I made these headcanons like four years ago so I might want to go back to revisit them but they’re:
Jake English- Polynesian
Jane Crocker- English
Roxy Lalonde- Scandinavian
Dirk Strider- Eastern Asian (like Japanese or Korean, idk dealers choice)
Making John and Jade half British half Polynesian , and Rose and Dave as Half Scandinavian half Eastern Asian.
more important discourse: is there any evidence on whether John, Jane, jade, and Jake are nearsighted or farsighted?

There are quizzes out there you can take. I always just preferred to read through the class and aspect descriptions on the wiki and to find which one best suits me, my gifts and my challenges.

I never said Roxy was straight, I said she has only outwardly expressed interest in dudes, aside from a few remarks. This doesn’t mean she’s straight, it means at the very least she’s attracted to men.
Maybe what that other anon was talking about was how the Midnight Crew were first in like, Problem Sleuth extras or something as like, a joke? That was a thing that happened if I remember correctly
I wouldn't say John's straightness is "likely" canon, as he said it multiple times and I think he has no reason to hide his sexuality

I agree, but if I say he is 100% straight I’ll get people going “He was only 13 when he said he wasn’t a homosexual, he could had just not figured it out yet, that’s young” or “well what about all that gay subtext he had with [insert your choice of Dave or Karkat here] back in the earlier asks” or even even something like “he can’t be straight that goes against my precious yaoi shipz >: (”
Active/passive and opposite classes aren't the same thing, right? I think I remember something about that?

right. Based on Inversion THEORY, each active/passive class pairing has an opposite active/passive class pairing

The more things change the more they stay the same I suppose
i feel like approaching with the mentality of 'straight until proven otherwise' in regards to characters like john & jane & roxy is kind of eeeeeh but i guess its whatever you want to believe. wouldn't agree with calling their straightness 'canon' though, as its never confirmed.

There’s canon evidence behind John and Jane being straight tho and yes they could grow and figure out that they weren’t but based on the evidence presented, canonically they’re likely straight
But, here’s the main point I really want to get across:
I DON’T CARE AT ALL ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT TO BELIEVE OR HEADCANON, IF YOU WANT JOHN TO BE GAY OR JANE TO BE A TRANS LESBIAN THAT’S FINE YOU DO YOU. IT’S ALL MADE UP, WHAT’S CANON DOESN’T MATTER WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR SHIPS, HEADCANONS OR WHATEVER.
