I know that the medium and the universe frog are both in the inciphisphere, but, is the medium inside the frog or just somewhere in the inciphisphere?

The Incipisphere and the Genesis Frog are separate realms. The Medium exists inside the Incipisphere.

Is it a null session if only one player's sprite wasn't prototyped pre-entry?

Yes, the pre-entry prototypes are essential for the Battlefield to grow and evolve. If even one person doesn’t prototype pre-entry the session cannot be won.

Why did rise destroy the gate? (Did she actually destry it im not sure) woukd that have avomplished anhrhing?

At that point Rose learned that their session couldn’t be won and she was angry about it so she did things like blow up her gate just to see what would happen.

Was kankri kind of accepted in beforan culture? Like, without the doc I guess but, did they explained that?

Is the ship Rosemary breaking up? I was told it was and I really ship that REALLY badly.

I sent this ask once, long time ago, but it looks like it got eaten somewhere so I'll try again. The grubs seen in the Alterniabound flash (when the trolls are in the meteor) show their eyes small and round, the same color as their blood. However, the Handmaid as a grub (who Doc Scratch had with him) is shown with eyes like an already pupated troll. Which of those two models are the correct ones?

Homestuck doesn’t have a lot of visual consistency since it features a lot of guest art like the picture of Karkat with all the grubs in the Alterniabound flash game. Whichever appearance is fine.

Was it ever explained what the troll's ultimate prize was? And, was not getting their prize before Bec Noir destroyed it the reason they're stuck in the game?

Their prize was the humans’ universe. They were going to enter the universe to rule as gods but Bec Noir destroyed the door and prevented them from entering.

When Jade brought everything from the B1 session through the fourth wall, how come she seemed to have left Prospit and Derse behind? I guess Prospit was mostly destroyed by Jack, but B1 Derse was still perfectly intact, right? Did she just leave all the black pawn carapacians to die in the scratch even though they hadn't done anything wrong?

Well, the Dersites don’t agree with the end goal of the game anyway so bringing them along wouldn’t have done any good.
