It indicates he likes manga while also being a call back to when Jade made the outfit

You trigger it when you scratch the surface of the construct on the Time player’s planet in a special way with quills from Echidna. It acts as a reset button and reboots the session.

In today's (3/29; spoilers) upd8, does Roxy's sword hold some extra-special significance beyond what Roxy says to John? I've totally forgotten where we've seen it before.

can condy use her mind powers to control trolls? because I'm drawing blanks and with the update having kanaya on derse with the rest of the team, i have a bad feeling about it

Yes, her mind powers control trolls and can put humans to sleep. But the mind powers only work on weak-willed trolls and Kanaya is anything but weak-willed.
