It’s a very powerful artifact that’s timeline has no beginning or end. It’s timeline is cyclical, always repeating itself

if the green sun was created by exploding the tumor then how where first guardians powered up before then?

Time works differently in the Furthest Ring, the Green Sun existed before any First Guardian. In a similar sense to how the dreambubbles didn’t exist until Feferi ushered a deal to have them made, but also had always existed.
