Only in sessions that have a Reckoning. The Alpha kids, and Caliborn: No Reckoning, No exiles.

Redglare was tasked with arresting and prosecuting Mindfang, they were not on the same side of the law.

What most of the classes do isn’t discussed in canon and is left highly to interpretation and speculation so rather than me talk about it here, I’d recommend reading the wiki page on Classes
