Dude, I’m not hating on Act 1, I enjoy Act 1, I do, I just didn’t the first time I read it.
The first time I tried reading Homestuck I gave up before Act 1 was over because I found it confusing and uninteresting. I’m not saying Act 1 was bad or that you should skip it, I’m saying that if you find it boring, don’t stop, keep reading, that’s not what the whole story is like. Reading Act 1 again after finishing Homestuck when it made sense and I understood all the coding jargon and sylladexes and shit, A+, really good.
In conclusion, Act 1 is just a tough read, that’s all I was saying my dude.
