Well for the kids it seems like it’s their hair color as each Derse dreamer has been depicted with white hair and each Prospit dreamer with black. And for the trolls it’s what team they were on as everyone on the Red team is a prospit dreamer and everyone of the Blue team is a derse dreamer, except Sollux who was both.
Whatever happened to that Hammer Dave got (kinda sorta stole) John From Hephaestus "Fear No Anvil" I think it was called, the one with the time freeze powers. Just curious about why that;s not a thing anymore

Okay so if the First Guardian of Earth changed post-scratch, then that means there was a different FG for Beforus, not Doc Scratch, right? Has that ever come up ever? Like has that guardian even been referred to in the slightest?

Doc Scratch was not around pre-scratch and nothing about the A1 first guardian has been mentioned.
Hi, I saw Eridan in the pic where Fef was healing the Mayor. Does this mean that he didn't flip out or have I gotten my timelines mixed up? Also, could the MATRIORB have survived this time? Thanks

The Eridan seen in the upd8 was dead and from a doomed timeline where
he ascended. Unfortunately the matriorb would not have survived in the
new timeline either.
If living dream selves are require to ascend to god tier, how was jake able do it without his?

Dreamselves are required when using a questbed. Jake used a Sacrificial Slab to ascend which only requires one life.

She is not, cherubs don’t have real siblings stated by both Calliope and Caliborn. Calliope called Caliborn her brother to relate to the kids and Caliborn started referring to Calliope as his sister since everyone knew who he was referring to and because he didn’t like her name to begin with. Also since hearing their other half’s name put them to sleep it was just an easy way to avoid saying one another’s names.
