What if Godtier-Karkat and Godtier-Kanaya would come somehow from another Timeline and kill the current Karkat and Kanaya, would that work? Could they still complete the session? (I hope you understand what I am talking about)

They would still be ghosts. Unless one of them got a hold of the Ring of Life but I doubt Roxy will let anyone take it away from Calliope.

so if caliborn is from the new universe the kids and trolls will make, do cherubs only exist in that universe? and is the troll planet that cal's mom destroyed the one that the trolls will bring back the race to? so we know the trolls will get decimated again?

Calliope’s father was the one who destroyed the troll planet and yes, that panel is proof that Kanaya will be successful in rebuilding the troll race in the new universe. We don’t know that that was the only troll planet though. Whether or not cherubs only exist in that universe hasn’t been answered in-comic.

I read a theory that sessions lacked their Knight's aspects. A2 lacked connections (blood), the kids sessions lacked time (early reckoning). But what did the A1 session lack, having a Knight of Mind?

The whole “session lacking their knight’s aspect” isn’t canon. The A1 session is proof of this since Mind is apparently supposed to mean logic but the A1 trolls did everything correctly, it was just a null session.

Thank you. Karkat and Terezi’s Quest Beds and Sacrificial Slabs have been destroyed so they currently have no way to ascend.

Pre-scratch trolls are Meenah and her team. The played sburb but they weren’t prepared for the game and also it was a null session so they scratched and their ancestors became the players in the post-scratch universe. Karkat and his team are the post-scratch trolls.
