Since the trolls that didn't go godtier's dreamselves (such as nep kanaynay and mark) got left behind or exploded in the troll's session, the chance that they will go godtier is very slim yes? If they did go godtier, wouldn't it take them three years to get back to where the rest of the group is currently?

The Heart aspect is more about Soul than actual hearts or love or stuff like that.

Is there a reason that the retcon didn't effect the dead characters even if they would have still been alive because of it? Like for example: Vriska.
Because if they didn’t exist there would be some open paradoxes and that’s not good
