Possibly. It could be a class the tends to be given Male’s but anyone can have it. Similar to how Rogue/Theif tend to be given to Women.

would you consider Gent to be a real class, and Piss to be a real aspect? i mean obviously it was for shits n giggles but it's technically canon? or does it not count because FedoraFreak wasn't a true player? like how hussie is a Waste of Space?

Waste of Space is a fan made thing. As for Gent of Piss, that was really just a joke. Neither Waste of Space or Gent of Piss are actually in the comic.

as for the going godtier without dreamselves, they still ended up going godtier tho? is there a diffence if it's the quest bed or the sacrificial slab that's /not/ on their planet?
