Sprites have an affinity for the dead or soon to be, but it’s not a requirement

GCAT aren't proteins, they're nucleic acids. Both are types of basic biological molecules, but yeah, they're different.

I saw one of your posts where you said that Meenah's group was made after Karkat's group by Karkat, but I also remember that Meenah's group is the alpha group, so I was wondering if I had been wrong all along about alpha being the first ones created by the ectobiologist. So I want to ask, what does alpha and beta actually mean?

Alpha and Beta for the Kids means the type of Sburb they played. The Beta kids played the Sburb Beta and the Alpha kids played the Sburb Alpha. But their is not Sgrub Beta and Alpha there is only Sgrub. The Beta trolls started being called the Beta trolls due to there connections with the Beta kids. The Alpha trolls are called the Alpha trolls out of consistency. As Calliope said “From alpha to beta, then beta to alpha”

Because it’s a timeline that originated out of a retcon which is when a previously stated fact is changed
