She knew she was dooming the timeline but thought she’d be able to fix it
the idea that pages are passive is based on nothing. Also presenting Dirk as overbearing is massively simplistic and feeds into people conflating him and AR. This all also heavily understates Jakes complicity in fucking stuff up, like how he knew for a fact that Jane liked him because Roxy told him like, twice beforehand and then lied to her about it. Or how Jake treated gayness like a bad thing at 13 and knew it prob messed with Dirks head but, again, did nothing about it.

Why didnt dirkjake work out at all? we see them always together after the game is over, ya think this could mean they worked they shit together to date again or at leat be best bro again?

Dirk was overbearing and Jake was distant to say the least.
We can assume that they at the very least worked through their issues enough to be friends again.

Handmaid- Witch of Time: In the service of Lord English she traveled through time bringing chaos
Summoner- Rogue of Breath. (breath not being defined in canon makes this speculative) Breath may symbolize Freedom. He tried to steal the Freedom for other trolls from the Condesce with his revolution.
Psiionic-Heir of Doom: Obviously he was doomed to suffer for millennia used by the Condesce as a battery
Disciple- Mage of Heart: Mage’s abilities are highly speculator but for Heart (Soul) she resonated well with the Signless’s soul with them having a relationship that went beyond the quadrants. She also made the Signless’s soul stayed alive after his death by recording his teachings so they would one day be able to be spread again.
Dolorosa- Maid of Space: Space is linked to creation and compassion, she went outside her societal system to raise a child
Redglare- Knight of Mind: was a lawyer
Mindfang- Sylph of Light: was able to see into the Cueball
Darkleer- Page of Void: After failing to kill the Disciple he lost his sense of identity, his Void ability was also used by Mindfang to hide.
Grand Highblood-Prince of Rage: a very angie boy
Dualscar- Bard of Hope? weak ass bard, couldn’t even tell a good joke
Condesce- Thief of Life: obviously steals life from a whole heckin lot of people and can extend lifespans

Post-scratch Cal was empty the whole time, Pre-scratch Cal had Caliborn, Arquius, and Gamzee’s souls in it.
No one created him, he always existed and will always exist, his timeline is a paradox, that’s what makes him a juju

I mean page is an incredibly passive class and prince is like the second most active so that might be why people think that but canonically it’s not one of the reasons they didn’t work
