Hussie has stated on multiple, multiple counts that the hight the characters are drawn at doesn't matter. He makes them all roughly the same hight and size, as well as give all the kids white skin, so that facts and details like that are left to the reader.

regarding the height post, they're 13 human years old. it's not surprising they're drawn to be the same height???
