I remember reading somewhere that trolls are named after the sounds their lusii make. Is that headcanon or canon, because I can't remember.

No it’s true.

The Lusus will gurgle some sounds, and the closes six letters to that sound, will be the trolls name.

not a fact but just kind of a cool coincidence: in john's version of vriska's outfit, the jacket's green, just like nicolas cage's outfit in the movie "knowing". maybe someone's already saw this?
