In Terezi: Examine journal entry, Marquise Mindfang begins her entry by commenting that she’ll have to get used to writing with ‘this’ – her non-dominant – hand. Ten pages later (==>) we can clearly see that it is her left arm is gone. Putting the two together, we can assume that she is left-handed.
(Also, by drawing parallels between Mindfang and Vriska, it is safe to guess that she is also left-handed.)
