Well I personally have two theories.

ONE: Him being on the high AND low end of the spectrum, (red is on both sides of the actual color spectrum.) He might live an average length OR,

he’s gonna die really really young.

i can't cite it, but male trolls, in canon, have 'shame globes' which are essentially balls, debunking the tentabulge theory. also female trolls have 'rumble spheres', which are clearly tits. trolls are not androgynous. ty
